Karen’s Kitchen and Catering has been in business for 16 years. The founder, Karen Erinfolami, discovered a passion for cooking for groups as a young adult. Now, the caterer based in Irmo, South Carolina, has two food trucks and serves customers at everything from corporate events to weddings.
Karen has lived in the Irmo area for over 30 years. Community is important to her, and she uses her passion for cooking up good Southern food to give back. When you’re looking for a caterer for an important day in your life, you want someone who cares about the quality of their work.
